Special Orders:
Special Orders are available for most product lines. Please be aware that all special orders which are not part of our normal program require a down payment of 20% and are non-cancelable after being placed with the factory. Please ensure that your order is correct and represents your selections. There will be a restocking fee on any returned special order product.
 
Ordering Process: 
Merchandise not in stock for immediate delivery will be ordered from the manufacturer with a tentative delivery date which represents the past history of delivery from that vendor. Changes in delivery dates will be subject to availability of stock and scheduling restrictions. Arrival dates are agreed to in good faith; however, they are subject to availability from the manufacturer. In the case of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order.
